The body of the bulletin contained only the word TEN which many believe is in relation to the 10 weeks left before Election Day (Nov.4th.) The New Administration also refers to the new presidential administration entering into power. I highly believe there might be something for those that vote perhaps? Maybe a free concert? Anymore thoughts? I am crossing my fingers that Midtown is still involved!
